During the event, a seminar was held by<strong>\u00a0Mrs. Hiroko Yoshida<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Antonis Mavridis, Patissier partner of Stelios Parliaros<\/strong>. The event was honored by the presence of\u00a0<strong>Mr. Masuo Nishibayashi, Ambassador of Japan, Mrs. Masuo Nishibayashi and Ms. Mao Shimizu, Cultural Consultant of the Japanese Embassy.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Following a brief address by\u00a0<strong>Mr. Yiannis Fikas<\/strong>, Public Relations Director of New York College, the President of the Greek \u2013 Japanese Association Mr<strong>. Demos Vratsanos<\/strong>\u00a0briefly referred to the history of Japanese tea and focused particularly on the healing properties and benefits to a human\u2019s health.
